Professional Body and Energy Worker

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor. I specialize in bodywork and energy work. Bodywork is a manual therapy (massage) that focuses on the body's structure and involves working specific muscles to restore proper posture and balance. My energy work is Reiki, a Japanese healing technique that encourages stress reduction, relaxation, and physical healing.
 
I aim to treat the whole person and ensure our treatments aren't just routine. Instead, I want to give you the tools and support you need to succeed independently.
